• 100ml Ginger Beer or Kombucha Lemon

• 70 ml Zalud Ginger Lemon
• 20 ml Lime Juice
• 40 ml Pineapple Juice
• 10 ml Sugar Syrup
• 15 ml Egg White
How to:
Mix ingredients in ice-cold shaker and pour into serving glass. Garnish with mint. Shake everything until it foams and sieve into serving glass over extra large ice cube.

“It is more on the sake side, with a Junmai character, complemented by tangerine peel, floral pollen and saffron, banana peel and melon. Large, of soft acidity and creamy mouthfeel with a hint of zesty spiciness. Very “sake” on the palate too, with spicy peppery finish, more umami and layered rice notes.”
